Our elegant, luxurious villa offers every comfort for your Florida holiday. Our beautiful home is located in a private gated community of properties which were built by Disney in 2002.
The villa boasts two double master en-suite bedrooms, both of which lead out onto the screened pool area. you can step out of bed and straight into the pool!!! Both master bedrooms also have colour tv's and all tv's have cable channels. There are two further twin bedrooms which share the house bathroom. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and offers lots of closet space. All linen and towels are provided. The villa is carpeted throughout and fully air conditioned.
The open plan lounge area has a sofa bed with a dining area alongside. There is a large screen TV and dvd player, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the theme parks. Patio doors lead from the dining area onto the pool area.
The kitchen is fully fitted and offers all of the appliances which you need for a busy Disney holiday. These include a cooker and hob, a large fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The washer drier is located in a closet within the kitchen. There is sufficient crockery, cutlery, tableware and glassware for 8 people. The villa also has an iron and ironing board. There is a travel cot and highchair available for guests use.
The pool is located to the rear of the property and overlooks a conservation area so there are no rear neighbours. The pool and patio area are completely screened to keep out the bugs (doesn't affect your tan!!) The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, table, chairs and a parasol. Pool heating can be supplied for an additional fee although it is not usually required in the hot summer months. Please enquire when booking.

| Our villa is located in the Reserve at Town Centre gated community, just 2 minutes off the I4. The Disney theme parks are a 10 minute drive away (only 1 junction down the I4). The Publix supermarket and other shops are located a mile away. Seaworld, Universal, the Premium Outlet Mall and I-Drive are less than a 20 minute drive away. Or if you fancy a quiet day at the beach then the white sandy beaches of Clearwater or St Petersburg are only an hour away by car. The comunity is also very close to award winning golf courses at Champions Gate. There are numerous restaurants to choose from just a 5 minute drive away on highway 192, or International Drive is only a 20 minute drive.
