Our home is located in a quiet much sought after mainly residential community, located 3 miles from downtown "Olde" Naples. The "gated" community (barrier controlled entrance at night) also provides a community pool area, a golf driving range, 2 tennis courts and a children's play area.
The South Facing screened solar heated pool situated at the rear of the property overlooks a picturesque natural lake. The pool is South facing for all day ‘sun-worshipers’ and there is a covered ‘lanai’ (patio) area for cooling off and outdoor dining.
(n.b. electric pool heating if required is an optional extra)
Within in the living area is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast alcove and a utility room, a separate dining area to accommodate eight people and a comfortable spacious lounge. Telephone, broadband, cable tv, video and hi-fi are also provided.
The furnishings, like the house are completely new throughout and have been skilfully chosen by our interior design consultants. We are certain that our guests will appreciate the enormous care that has been taken to get everything just right.
Discounts are offered for longer stays and small parties. Prices include taxes and clean on departure.
