Our beautiful Florida Villa was primarily purchased for our own use rather than as an investment so we took particular care when chosing the site and location. Backing onto lake Joe, and set in a corner position, you will be very private and not overlooked.
With its tree lined roads and the golf course meandering through it, Southern Dunes has that lovely 'country' feel to it, ideal if you want an early morning stroll or jog.

At Southern Dunes you are not just in a prime location for exploring Orlando and its many theme parks, you are positioned on a 72 par championship golf course. If you are a keen golfer then what better place to be. With elevation changes up to 100 feet, (very rare in Orlando), this course has also been voted one of the top 100 in the USA.
Outside the gated community and within walking distance you will find a 24 hour Walk Mart and other supermarkets, fast food outlets and restaurants.
If you want a break from the parks and fancy participating in the many outdoor pursuits Florida has to offer, our villa is in the very fortunate position of being close to Winter Haven, known as The Chain of Lakes City, which touches or surrounds 41 lakes, 25 of which are connected by navigable canals. Swimming Pool:
It is screened to keep out the bugs and has a child safety fence for your added peace of mind. Beyond the pool is our private lawn for your added extra enjoyment.
Bedrooms:
The master bedroom has a king size bed and en suite large bathroom. The second master is on the ground floor and has a queen size bed and patio doors out to the lanai. The bathroom is imediately adjacent to this. The other two bedrooms have twin beds and share a bathroom.
Main Living Area:
The main living accommodation is open plan and includes the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The kitchen has all of the quipment that you would expect, dishwasher, cooker, microwave etc. There is a seperate utility room with large washing machine and large tumble dryer.
Games Room:
The games room houses the pool table and electronic dart board.
There are TV's in the lounge, games room and the two master bedrooms.
