Our villa is set in larger than average plot on the highly acclaimed Highlands Reserve Golf Resort, affording each property maximum privacy and feeling of space.
Our villa is of the new generation of prestige 4 bedroom villa designs incorporating 2 master bedrooms with their own en-suite bathrooms. This overcomes the problem of deciding who gets the master bedroom, so it has become extremely popular with 2 families sharing.
There are no villas behind ours, just unspoilt conservation area with mature woodlands. You won't hear any traffic noise around our villa - just the sounds of nature in the woodland beyond.
The spacious air-conditioned living space totals about 2000 square feet with soft luxury carpets in the bedrooms and living areas. The rest of the villa is tiled in quality colour co-ordinated non-slip floor tiles giving that luxurious & spacious feel to make your holiday home one to remember.
The fully equipped kitchen and laundry room have everything you could possibly need including a large fridge freezer with crushed or cubed ice on tap, microwave, oven/hob, waste disposal sink and dishwasher. For your comfort and convenience, a full size washing machine and tumble dryer are provided, as are all towels (including pool towels) and linens.

| Highlands Reserve includes a championship 18 hole (par 72) golf course, a large communal swimming pool, a children's play area and a tennis courts. The clubhouse features a pro-shop and serves snacks and drinks
All villas are set on generous plots and are not all "crammed in" as is found on many other developments. Most villas benefit from conservation or golf course views, fully taking advantage of the beautiful setting at Highlands Reserve - you can't but be impressed and you will want to come back year after year !!
Highlands Reserve has the zip code 33897 (check it out on Google Earth) and is located just 10 minutes west of Disney World, on Highway US27 just south of US192. It has easy access to Interstate 4 (some 2 miles to the south), which means easy access to all of Florida's main Theme Parks and attractions, including the beautiful beaches of Florida's Gulf and Atlantic coastlines.
Orlando International Airport (MCO) is about 35 minutes away, Sanford Airport is about 50 minutes away and Tampa International Airport is about 75 minutes.
The nearest supermarket (Publix) is just a 10 minute WALK away on US27 which also has a huge variety of shops, restaurants, takeaways and bars - alternatively you could drive there in less than 3 minutes. |

We had a lovely week with good weather and the heated pool made for a great break from the parks that are all close enough to get to in 15 minutes but remote enough to ignore if you wish to. The area was lovely and quiet and the house has all the facilities to make for an enjoyable stay. The kids loved the table air hockey most of all!

This is the third time we have stayed in Highlands Reserve and we were delighted with Jasmine 1, which is located in an enviable position on this beautiful estate. The pool is not overlooked (a rarity for Florida properties or so it seems) a major attraction for us as we used the pool area extensively this year. The house is superb, with all mod cons provided, a well stocked kitchen and utility room, comfortable bedroom and other nice touches. that make this a true home from home. I can confidently recommend this property to all those who wants to enjoy all that the Orlando area has to offer but also want to take advantage of the peace and quiet this community has to offer. All theme parks within easy driving distances - it really isn't an issue at all. A wonderful holiday in luxury accommodation. We shall return soon.
