| This luxury Villa has 4 bedrooms; Master bedroom with en-suit facilities, separate shower and bath also with his and her wash basins. The en-suit also links to twin bedroom 4 which is ideal for famlies with young children.
Bedroom 2 boasts a queen bed and excellent closet space, bedroom 3 has 2 single beds and again, excellent closet space. All bedrooms have TV/DVD combo.
The family bathroom provides excellent shower and bath facilities. A cot, stroller and highchair are provided.
There are three living areas; the formal living room, a peaceful area to relax and unwind after a busy day at the parks. The loft, which provides an extra sleeping space with the queen sofa bed also has a TV/DVD, desk and chair close to internet access providing an excellent work space if required. The family room is a very comfortable living space, TV, DVD, Video and stereo system. A selection of DVD's, videos and family games are provided.
The dining area boasts a large table to allow everyone to dine together with extra space around the large breakfast island if needed.
A fully equipt kitchen and utility room should provide everything you would need throughout your stay.
The powder room gives extra facilities downstairs.
Through the patio doors, the private pool and jacuzzi is surrounded by a large deck area where patio furniture and loungers are provided.The back of the house looks onto a large park area. A pool alarm is fittted to the patio doors and a safety screen can be put in place for the safety of young childen.
The double garage has automated doors fitted.
