From the villa entrance hall you will enter an open plan lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen. Doors from the lounge and dining room area lead onto the covered terrace which provides plenty of seating in which to sit, relax, enjoy dining al fresco and watch the sun setting over the mountains.
From the covered terrace you walk down some steps to the pool area where you will find sunbeds and parasols and plenty of terrace to sit and relax.
The ground floor also benefits from a separate family shower room.
The first floor has a master bedroom, ensuite shower room and a balcony with views across the mountains.
There is also two further double bedrooms and a large family shower room.
Both the ground floor and the first floor benefit from marble flooring,

Evi Manzara is ideally situated just behind the village centre and is within a 2 minute walk of the picturesque village of Uzumlu.
The village of Uzumlu is one of spectacular natural beauty, set in a valley surrounded by dense pine forests and rugged hillsides. You will also enjoy the benefit of the gentle mountain breezes throughout the hot summer months.
The traditional village of Uzumlu has managed to retain all the natural charm and character of a traditional Turkish village and yet still has the convenience of a modern town like Fethiye which is just twenty minutes away.
Uzumlu has shops in order to buy local produce, a post office, restaurants and a newly opened wine bar, and a local market on Fridays. This relaxed village is ideal for those looking for a little peace and quiet, breathtaking scenery and the enchantment of rural life.
The bustling town and harbour of Fethiye is 18 Kilometres away from Uzumlu and can be reached by regular dolmus or by car. As Evi Manzara is located so close to the village it is no problem to walk into the village and catch the dolmus into Fethiye and then after a hard day shopping returning to the peace and tranquility you have always dreamed off.
The world renown resort of Olu Deniz 'the blue lagoon' with its sheltered beach and lagoon which is ideal for children and swimming, is a short distance away from Fethiye, as is nearby Hisaronu with its lively nightlife, clubs and restaurants.
Calis beach is 5km from Fethiye and is one of the prominent regions of entertainment, it can also be reached by water taxis from Fethiye Harbour. The shoreline is 6km long and is significant for their nesting turtles.(approximately 15mins drive from the villa)
Slightly further away are the ancient ruins and unspoilt 20km beach of Patara and also Salikent Gorge famous for Rafting. The hilltop Roman city of Cadianda is 20 mins from the Villa
