The villa is a mere five minutes walk from the centre of Turunç. Just two minutes walk will bring you to the amazingly clear waters of the Blue Flag awarded beach.
The surrounding area is quiet and mainly residential. There is a hotel nearby but this does not disturb the peace in any way. In fact it has one of the best quality restaurants in the village.
Sunny Villa is right next door to the swimming pool so you need not walk too far to enjoy a wake-up morning dip. Four sunbeds and cushions are provided for the use of guests, so that you can take advantage of the large open area near the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. There are also a couple of small tables and a parasol for extra comfort.
The villa is on the Pine Hills complex and you will be surrounded by mature gardens containing bougainvillea, mimosa and palms. There is even a vine which grows over the front door to your villa. A beautiful tree with delicate fronds provides a shady area in the garden, where you can sit on the attractive ironwork garden seat and perhaps have afternoon tea or maybe relax and read one of your holiday books.
Sunny Villa is laid out over two floors. The ground floor has a bathroom, with a shower and toilet. There is access to the storage space under the stairs from here, where a safe has been provided for you to keep your money, tickets and passports secure.
A separate kitchen has an electric oven with a four ring hob and an extractor over. There is a fridge (with a freezer compartment) and the usual kettle and toaster. The kitchen is well equipped with cooking utensils and crockery. There is also a table and a couple of chairs for those wanting an informal breakfast inside.
The large lounge and dining area has an airy and spacious feel, thanks to the high ceiling and many windows. It is air conditioned and has two sofas (one a sofabed) as well as a relaxer chair. A CD player is provided along with a selection of CDs, so that you can enjoy some music during your stay. Of course, you are welcome to bring your own favourite CDs to play.
A large table in the dining area offers formal dining for 6 people. Al fresco dining is available on the terrace where there is seating for a further 6 people. The sunny terrace is reached via the patio doors in the dining area or from around the side of the villa.
Cool marble stairs take you up to the first floor, where you will find a bathroom with a bathtub (perfect for washing the kids!). The bath also has a shower over and is enclosed by screens.
Immediately outside the bathroom is a laundry area with a washing machine. A small balcony is located here, offering the ideal spot to dry your washing. An iron, ironing board and two airers are provided for your use.
All three bedrooms are air conditioned and have large built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging and storage space.
The master bedroom has a double bed and offers a dual aspect view. From the patio doors (which open onto your own private balcony) there are sea views, whilst from the side windows you can see out over the swimming pool. A cane and glass table with four cane chairs gives you comfortable seating on the balcony from where you can enjoy the view or watch the children in the pool.
The second room is the largest bedroom and has three single beds as well as a sofabed. It is a perfect room for children to use. There are sea views from the windows.
The third bedroom is a twin room with a view over the swimming pool from the windows. This room is cooler during the mornings as the sun doesn’t reach it until late afternoon and evening. It is ideal for friends or grandparents who are holidaying with a family group.
Every room has at least one window with a mosquito screen, so that you can open the windows and doors to keep a cooling breeze wafting through the villa in the high summer.
All bedlinen is provided for you – we use traditional Turkish cotton pique bedcovers with cotton sheets and pillowcases. House towels are also provided but please bring your own beach towels for use around the pool.
A hairdryer can be provided if required – please ask when booking.

From the front balconies, there are sea views over the Bay of Turunç and towards Dalyan. The villa is a mere five minutes walk from the centre of Turunç, where there are plenty of bars and restaurants. Just two minutes walk will bring you to the amazingly clear waters of the Blue Flag awarded beach where a multitude of sporting activities is available. |
