Wrought iron gates open into the courtyard and terrace, leading onto the pool and patio, with views over Kalkan and the sea.
The front door leads into the lounge / kitchen dining area. It is comfortably furnished with a well-equipped kitchen (electric cooker, gas hob and fridge).
There is also a bathroom with shower, w.c., wash hand basin on this level.
From the lounge there is a large double bedroom with french windows opening onto the pool area. Wooden stairs lead down from the lounge to the second large bedroom with its own sitting area. It has an en-suite (bath/shower, w.c, wash hand basin) and has it's own private entrance (if required), with a terrace overlooking Kalkan and the bay.
Outside to the right is a utility room with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, and drying area.
The swimming pool is set to one side of the villa with a good-sized patio overlooking Kalkan - ideal for al fresco dining. Mature olive trees afford some shade and the poolside is provided with sun loungers and sun shades. Villa Kucuk sleeps 4 very comfortably.

The villa is located overlooking the village with a supermarket 10 minutes walk away and close to Kalkan's Thursday market. The village centre with bank, post office, shops, roof top restaurants and taxis is a further 5 minutes walk with the harbour another 5 minutes more.
The historic town of Kalkan is an enchanting place and one of the most beautiful locations along Turkey's gorgeous Lycian Coast.
With the complete absence of mass tourism, Kalkan remains a charming and unspoiled haven of lush nature, brilliant blue crystal-clear sea, historic architecture, ancient history and warm traditional Turkish hospitality.
