This private luxury 3 Bedroom villa (2 doubles & 1 twin all en-suite) was built to our high specifications in 2004. It is furnished as you would expect of a luxury home and is air-conditioned throughout.
Outside is a large private pool with roman steps surrounded by sun loungers & comfy seating, there is also a BBQ and pretty garden area.
The best feature has to be the huge roof terrace offering stunning views over Kalkan Bay and harbour with a shady pergola under which you can catch light breezes during an afternoon siesta.
The villa is only a 10 minute stroll into the village, a car is not necessary.
