Welcome to this luxurious new villa overlooking the picturesque harbour with superb views of Kalkan bay and the Mediterranean sea. {linebreak}
The villa accommodates up to six people on three separate floors each floor has its own shower /bath and toilet. There is a fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. The laundry room is off the entrance hall and contains an automatic washer and ironing and drying facilities.
The dining area will seat six but you may prefer to take your meals on the terrace and enjoy the views over the bay and islands whilst you eat or simply enjoy a glass of wine in the sunshine. The terrace is part covered, so even in the heat of the day you can relax in the shade on a large white daybed and take in the sea view.
Up on the top floor the master suite has a king bed and panoramic views of the bay and Taurus mountains, OR you can sit in the Jacuzzi and watch the sun shimmer across the bay.
The villa has been constructed to make the most of its position above the village and harbour and the master suite has the best of the views as you would expect.
The backdrop is the Taurus mountain range flanked by views to Kisla on the left, sweeping across the harbour, bay and village to Kalamar bay on the right and back to the mountain again
The second floor has one king bed room and a twin bed room and bathroom and shower.
All bedrooms are filly fitted out with dressing table ,mirror and large wardrobes for all those holiday clothes..
Each floor has its own terrace complete with table and chairs so if you need a little space to relax and enjoy the view, its yours.
The sitting area has Satellite TV if you need to catch up on the news or watch a film but the best picture is outside.
The pool deck has sun loungers with mattresses, tables and parasols, a pool shower and a barbecue for those evening kebab meals.
Kalkan is sleepy by day but comes alive in the evening when you can walk into the village with its cobbled streets and twinkling lights to shop for clothes and craft gifts before eating in one of the many restaurants or just sipping a drink and watching the passing parade.
The resort is geared to British visitors and everyone speaks or understands English, prices are what you would expect in Turkey and a delicious meal with drinks and good service can be enjoyed for about £10 each.
This is not a brash loud resort , no night clubs, just couples and families enjoying themselves. After your evening out the restaurant will call you a taxi home, the cost is about £5 before midnight.
You may find that things take longer to do than in England , talking and chatting is big in Kalkan and people will quickly recognize you and want to exchange words and have a joke with you , it's why the resort is such a favorite of English holidaymakers.
