The stunning brand new villa is situated halfway between Kalkan and Kalamar, offering superb views of both bays at every level. It is the perfect location for a relaxing sunshine filled holiday.

Sunset Boulevard is a Mediterranean style four bedroom detached villa with cream marble floors throughout. The villa sleeps up to 8 people, and has a gorgeous private pool and terrace area.
The comfortable lounge has floor to ceiling windows and doors onto the terrace. It provides TV, CD and DVD players along with a selection of games and books.
The dining area has floor to ceiling windows, further doors onto the terrace and a table that seats 6 people. A larger table is available on the terrace seating 8 people for relaxed al-fresco dining.
The stylish kitchen is fully equipped and includes a large fridge freezer and dish washer. A washing machine is also available.
Sunset Boulevard is air conditioned throughout.
Two huge parasols are available on the pool terrace.
8 luxury sunloungers.
A selection of inflatable beds and chairs for use in the pool.
All balconies have tables and chairs for your relaxing pleasure.
The roof terrace has table and chairs along with a further huge parasol.
On the roof terrace you will find a small kitchen area with a fridge and sink.
This is the perfect place to relax and watch the sunset across both bays and the mountains.

Kalkan is one of the most relaxing and atmospheric villages around, it offers various different pass times like Shopping in the little village streets or Spa's and Turkish Bath in most of the Boutique Hotels in Kalkan.
If again that is not enough you can always lay around a pool or take a stroll to one of the beach clubs or nearby beaches and enjoy an hour or two taking part in the wide range of Water sports available. Even if this is not enough you can always take a 20 minutes taxi drive to Kas, a nearby village where you can do some local shopping or enjoy some sightseeing.
