Villa Perla, Kalkan, Turkey Completed in 2007 this is a beautiful, spacious, luxury villa just 250m from the sea. It offers stunning views of Kalkan bay and out over the Mediterranean as far as the eye can see you will enjoy sunshine early morning until late evening.
Villa Perla has cool marble flooring and air-conditioning throughout 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 kitchens and several terraces. There is a large swimming pool for you to cool off in while enjoying the tranquil setting of gardens displaying a rainbow of summer flowers and bougainvillea clad stone walls. We provide dining tables, rattan lounges, sun lounges, parasols, towels and a BBQ everything you will need to make your holiday special. The kitchens are both fully equipped and the living room has satellite TV, DVD, a music system, telephone and high speed wireless internet (laptop required).
Situated approximately 250m from the sea just behind one of Europe’s top hotels “The Villa Mahal” (voted by the Sunday Times as having one of the top 10 views in the world) you would share virtually the same view. Villa Mahal is a 5 minute walk away it has a stylish beach club which serves up some of the best lunches and is a great place for afternoon drinks and snacks, if the mood takes you hop on there free boat taxi straight in to Kalkan harbour.
The season runs from April through to November and there’s rarely a day goes by that the sun doesn’t shine. |

We arrived home last night after the most wonderful week at your beautiful villa - it was wonderful in every way - especially as the weather was on average 28 plus degrees -amazing.
ENES Car Hire were prompt both ways and very helpful and Halit was charming - we did not need to ask him anything but enjoyed his silver shop.
We have fallen in love with Kalkan so just wanted to pass on our comments to you.
We particularly enjoyed Aubergine restaurant - recommended by Susie and Anthony in the villa on your left and Korsan fish terrace but a few fantastic meals at a little kebab place called Flower Tomato up near the taxis.
All in all a wonderful time so thank you for letting us rent your beautiful villa - I hope we can return soon.

We had a really great stay at your villa - what a wonderful villa and also
great location. Couldn't say enough positive things about the villa and
Kalkan. Definitely lived up to your pictures. Hope you get many more bookings
- they will be well deserved.
* The cleaners and Ali the pool man were efficient, friendly and reliable.
*Bob - the local supermarket was excellent for service and delivery - we
also used his cafe with delivery by another Ali - very reasonable, well
cooked with sufficient choice for light lunches and the occasional evening
meal. Just must give at least an hour's notice for preparation.
*Transfers were all arranged and of very good standard of vehicle - all on
time and no problems.
* We can highly recommend 'The Gardenia' restaurant in Kalkan, service and
attention to detail especially with children was tremendous. We had a
birthday celebration there and were most impressed and went back a number of
times.
*We stayed by the pool most of the time and the only comment is that a
fridge would have been great downstairs!...Now sorted out (Nick)
