Our villa is perfect for relaxation & for a base for exploring the Bodrum Peninsula as it is close to the traditional fishing village of Gumusluk & the unspoilt resort of Yalikavak. Set in a pretty community of just 14 houses, our villa is close to the beach plus with 2 swimming pools, lovely communal gardens, a patio, balcony & large roof terrace, there is lots of space to relax, unwind, enjoy a BBQ & distress from everyday life!
The modern, open plan living/dining area is flooded with light from the large windows & has stunning pool & sea views. There is Satellite TV, DVD, Playstation 2 & the kitchen is well equipped with oven/hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave & cold drinking water dispenser!
There are 3 bedrooms - a double, twin & bunk bedroom, with a large sofa bed in the lounge. The modern bathroom has WC, basin, shower & washing machine plus air-conditioning throughout makes it the perfect for holidays all year round.

| You get the best of everything with a stay at our villa in Turkey. Set down a little track away from the main road, the villa enjoys a peaceful location with easy access by car or on foot (if travelling by Dolmus) & there is a nearby local shop for any essentials. Close to Gumusluk (a couple of mins drive) and Yalikavak (5-10 min drive) means you benefit from being close to both locations. In Gumusluk, you can dine on the beach at the fabulous fish restaurants, enjoying the beautiful sunsets over Rabbit Island. Yalikavak is a pretty, relaxing family resort with over 60 restaurants, an exclusive marina, bazaar, beach, harbour, supermarkets & a weekly local market. The hustle and bustle of Bodrum & Gumbet is only 30 mins away plus there are lots of pretty, low key resorts & villages to discover & with over 150 bays along its coastline you can find your own 'secret paradise beach'. This is a beautiful part of Turkey & is perfect for relaxing by the pool & beach as well as sightseeing. |

Every effort has been made to make this a great home-from-from with extras such as mossie nets on windows etc. The bright & spacious open-plan lounge/ dining area has Satellite TV (inc football, sports, music, kids, news + other English, European & Turkish channels) plus a Playstation 2, DVD & CD player.
There is a book, CD & DVD library plus games and toys are available. The dining area has beautiful pool and sea views & the balcony leads directly out from the well-equipped kitchen making it extremely practical for al-fresco meals & drinks. The roof terrace is an ideal sun-trap for more secluded sunbathing whilst the patio offers some shade . 4 sun loungers, 4 deckchairs, 2 tables & patio chairs are available for outdoor use. A hairdryer, iron, ironing board, 2 clothes airers are provided plus for families with a baby, there is a travel cot, baby listener & steriliser. This is a non-smoking property but you can smoke outside. The pools are not heated and are in use between May-October. |
