As soon as you walk through the door of the villa you are greeted with the modern appeal of it.
There is a downstairs toilet located to the right as you enter.
The Sitting area and Kitchen are open plan and can be reached by a seperating door.
The Sitting area is light and airy and has the added benefit of satellite TV.
The Kitchen area has a dining table. In the Kitchen itself there is an Oven and Hob, Microwave, Kettle, Dishwasher and a Fridge.
There is sliding doors leading to a big terrace that runs from the front of the Villa to the back, so there is plenty of room to sit or sunbathe.
There is sunbeds and outside table and chairs and a BBQ for use around the pool and on the terrace.
The private pool is a great feature of the villa with its good size and by it being kidney shaped, also at night it looks stunning lit up.
Before you go upstairs you will notice a washing machine and Iron/Ironing board nicely tucked away in a cupboard.
Once you have climbed the stairs you will notice 4 rooms leading off from the landing. There is the main double room with an en-suite (including a bath as well as a shower which is very rare) and a balcony with a spectacular mountain view.
There is another 2 double rooms that both have balcony access and lead onto another balcony with pool views.
There is the main bathroom which also has a bath.
The Villa has air conditioning in all bedrooms and sitting area.
Also there is an inbuilt safe in the villa.
There are hairdryers for use in the villa.
This Villa sleeps 6 people.

There is plenty for you to do or not to do nearby. There is all kinds of trips that can be arranged to the mudbaths, boat trips, markets, beach, Kaunos (ancient city). Also Dalyan itself has plenty of Shops, a Saturday market and many Restaurants to keep you entertained for your visit.
The Villa itself is located in the sought after area in Dalyan - which is very peaceful. The Villa has spectacular mountain views and a lovely private garden and pool area for you to enjoy.
A car is recommended but not essential for your stay in this villa. There is off road parking at this villa. |
