Inside, everything is just as chic, with neutral caramel & cream décor, beautiful furnishings and tiled flooring. The spacious lounge is decked out with leather coffee-coloured sofas and a stone handcrafted
The modern fitted kitchen has all the mod cons such as a dishwasher. And there are three restful bedrooms – a twin and two doubles, The master with an en suite jacuzzi & terrace. If you step outside, there’s a large terrace with fabulous views.

The villa is in a hamlet of mixed Turkish houses & villas, 2 miles outside Dalyan. The nearest restaurant is 200m away & mini mart a little further.
Dalyan is a busy small town with an extended river front, restaurants & shops and all amenities. Water taxis go from here to ancient Caunos on the other river bank,to the thermal baths, north to Koygegis lake or down to the 5km Istuzu beach. |

One ground floor twin bedroom & one ground floor double bedroom share a shower room with toilet & vanity unit. The first floor master bedroom suite has a large furnished terrace and bathroom with jacuzzi, toilet & vanity unit.
The ground floor living space is open plan & T shaped with full kitchen facing the dining area, and the lounge adjacent. There is a central log lire open on 2 sides. The space is designed and equipped for 6 people.There is an outside shower off the pool terrace, a fully built in BBQ with prep area and sink and a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer & bikes.
The pool is serviced daily, the garden twice weekly & maid serviced including linen change after 7 nights [except on an 8/9 night stay] |

Guestbook: This was our first time in Turkey and we certainly weren't disappointed. The villa was spacious and was furnished and decorated to a very high standard.It was scrupulously clean and all the cleaning materials, including washing powder and dishwasher powder were provided...in fact everything was supplied right down to sumptuous bathrobes for lounging around on the luxurious sofas...it was like staying in a very exclusive boutique hotel! Although the villa is situated about 5 minutes by car from Dalyan this wasn't a problem for us as we used the frequent dolmus services (I suppose this wouldn't be ideal if you have very young children) but we enjoyed the rural and very peaceful location. Both Yvonne (the owner) and Oruc (the management company) were extremely helpful and accommodating and we can't praise them enough for the service they provided us with."

"we had a thoroughly wonderful time at the villa, it had everything we needed to feel at home. the place was clean and well looked after. the pool was cleaned daily, a very nice friendly pool man, the gardens were maintained very well, the colours of the flowers lovely. this place was wonderful and would certainly use it again. yvonne who I originally spoke to was extremely pleasant and helpful, even arranged for a hire for us. thanks again Ynonne, you have a lovely home in Turkey.
