With views to the Aegean Sea and the Greek island of Kos, this brand new luxurious 3-bedroom semi detached villa with private swimming pool, off street parking and fully air conditioned and includes mosquito nets, has been designed to offer affordable luxury. The villa is equipped for six guests to provide everything for your convenience. Situated in a green belt area and peaceful setting in Konacik, Bodrum with easy access to all local amenities.
The comfortable, spacious open plan living, dining and designer kitchen area contains all mod cons including TV, DVD player, satellite decoder and board games. All white goods are Siemens including electric cooker with oven and hood, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There is a microwave, toaster and kettle. Situated on the ground floor is a cloakroom (WC), laundry room with Siemens washing machine, clothes maiden, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner and children’s high chair. The dining area includes a large wooden dining table and leather chairs to seat six people. The lounge contains two large chaise lounge ratten designer sofas, TV, DVD player and satellite channels. Leading from the lounge is direct access to the large pergola terrace with a patio table, six chairs and a free standing BBQ with tools for your entertainment. There are six sun loungers situated around the swimming pool and garden for your comfort and privacy.
A marble spiral staircase leads to the first floor which consists of three tastefully decorated bedrooms, all furnished to a high standard including bed linen, fitted with air conditioning and mosquito nets; the master bedroom contains a double bed, wardrobe and bedside cabinet with direct access to a private balcony. The 2nd bedroom contains a double bed, fitted wardrobe and bedside cabinet. The 3rd bedroom contains two single beds and a large chest of drawers. There is a large bathroom with shower cubicle, basin and WC. There is direct access to a large roof terrace on the second floor with magnificent views of the Greek Island Kos and the local bay of Bitez beach.
Our guide will be available to show you the location of essential equipment in the villa. As with many areas of this beautiful region of Turkey are still under development.

Everywhere within the Bodrum peninsula can be easily located from the villa. When you come out of the main garden gates, turn left and walk until the end of the road (where the silver communal bin resides), then turn right until you reach the main road. This is known as Konacik town centre. Situated on the left corner is the local taxi rank and next to the taxi rank is the local bus stop (minibus – in Turkish is Dolmus), which takes approximately ten minutes into Bodrum. On the opposite side of the road you can pick up a Dolmus going to Bitez, Akyarlar, Turgutreis, Ortakent, Bagla, Gumusluk and Yalikavak. You can hail a Dolmus anywhere in Bodrum and they will stop for you if they are not full. All beach and town areas are well worth a visit. Ortakent has a large Aqua Park for a fun day out for all. Bus fares vary in price and start at approximately 1.50 New Turkish Lira, which is roughly 75p. If you want to visit Torba, Golkoy, Turbuku or Gundogan beaches, you will have to go into Bodrum and get off at the main bus station and take another Dolmus to whichever location is required.

Traffic : In Turkey traffic drives on the right. Road signs are international. Where there are no posted speed limits, legal speed limit is 40 km per hour in towns and village, 90 km per hour on the highways. Seat belts are compulsory and drivers may not use mobile phones whilst driving. Electricity : The current is 220 V. City Transport : Minibus (Dolmus in Turkish) services to all villages and beaches leave from bus station which is located on Cevat Sakir Street. You can board at bus station or anywhere along the route by signalling it to stop for you. Similarly you can get off at a convenient point anywhere along the route. Minibus (Dolmus) transport is cheap, efficient and regular.

"A 1st class villa, everything has stated in advert, a small walk up the lane brings you to the main bodrum road and taxi rank, domus ran frequently to bodrum only bout 80p villa nearer to gumbet but would require taxi costs around 7 lira 2.50 about, not far from water park by taxi or domus if you know were to get off. quiet secluded property neighbours excellent and helpful, some building works opposite but builders are not noisy and do not interupt. Air condtioining excellent, kitchen facilities brilliant and claen, lovely hot roof terrace nice views of bitez, if you want a peaceful holiday and just want to go to places when you feel like it this is the place. supermarket about 10 mins walk. and the renters friends in konachik are excellent and very helpful."

"Tvilla is really nice and the location is excellent for access to Bodrum and other locations on the Bodrum peninsula. Only a few minutes walk from the main dolmus route. Transfers to and from the airport worked perfectly and Alan gave us some good advice/information on our arrival. If we travel back to Bodrum to purchase a property we would be interested in renting the villa again if it was available." |
