The views from the villa are amazing and I think combined with the gardens it captures the essence of Turkey, so I was glad we stayed there with friends who were visiting for the first time."

We were five girls staying at this property, and we were made to feel at home! The owners were very generous and hospitable and helped make the experience so good and relaxing. The villa itself is clean and comfortable, and the views are really beautiful; as is the pool (though a bit cold at this time of year!) So if you want sun, sea, cultural experiences, relaxation, meeting good people and even learning some some Turkish games, this is the villa for you!!"

Each morning when we woke up to the panoramic views of the town and the sea and taurus mountains from the top floor balcony we actually couldnt believe we were there most of the time! Everything was better than we expected, the apartment was so modern, spacious, clean and comfortable without forgetting the beautiful garden and crystal clear pool where we could just relax and sunbathe when we didnt feel like going out. There was everything you could need in a self contained apartment and it was very clean.There were plenty of sunbeds and shade for everyone around the pool which was also kept very clean. The Dundar family are all lovely and willing to help anyway they can. This was a fantastic holiday and I have already recommended it to my friends and famiy."

The views are fantastic and it was so nice sitting on the balcony. The swimming pool was also very good and well looked after. Erdem, the son of the owners, was very friendly and helpful. A point to note is that it would be a fair walk into town but I think you can easily catch a bus or taxi (we had a hire car), also the beaches in Kas are pebbles not sand but the town has a really nice ambience to it. Finally I would say that the pictures of the apartment on the website do not do it justice - it really is excellent!"

Also staying with such a wonderful and friendly family who make you so welcome. The only downfull I would say was that if you were not as fit as you used to be the walk down to town and back up was too much although Erdem would always take you and bring you back. It was also lovely to be able to go out for lovely lazy days on the boat, and I would just like to say thankyou all once again for a wonderful time. Chris"

Magnificient sunsets, rolling mountains, sparkling turquoise water. This house is perfectly situated, on the hilltop overlooking Kas, just far enough from town to feel quiet and relaxed but still just a short walk to the beach and to town. It is the best of both worlds, and Kas is the prettiest town I've seen in a long time! You could not do better!"
