This 3 bedroom triplex is arranged on 3 levels and is surrounded by its own gardens with a park area to the front. On the first level there is a lounge with separate kitchen area, separate WC and a terrace off the lounge with built in BBQ. The second level has one king size bedded room with terrace off overlooking the park, an additional twin bedded room and a shower room. The third level has a master bedroom with king size bed with an en-suite bathroom. There is a large covered terrace off this level with views of the park opposite. |

The villa is fitted with security shutters, uPVC double glazing, fly screens, solar water heating, air conditioning (3 units) fully fitted American style kitchen, BBQ, satellite dish and TV, well stocked gardens on 3 sides, off road parking, 2 balconies and a large upper covered sun terrace. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are provided along with a weekly maid cleaning service.
All bedding and towels are provided along with everything you will need for food preparation and serving although with the fantastic choice of restaurants available just a few minutes ago this will not be necessary. Whilst there is no pool at the property there are many pools open to the public locally and these are easy to find along with the vast Aegean which is on your doorstep. The Altinkum beach is famous for its golden sands and is rated with a blue flag. |

| Guestbook: July 07. We stayed at Triplex Ed with some friends and family on the occasion of our wedding in Altinkum. We found everything to be exactly as described and had a fantastic stay. There was plenty of room for us all and the area was lovely and quiet. Hard to remember that just a few minutes away there are bars and restaurants. There is also a mini market around the corner which was very handy. Thanks for a memorable stay. |
