Villa Saffron is a spacious, modern building equipped to a very high standard that offers comfort and convenience to the holiday-maker. The villa comprises of 2 independent units, each available separately. Both units are identical and each is capable of accommodating up to 6 adults. In each unit there is a well equipped kitchen, large dining area and spacious lounge with balcony.The 2 double/twin bedrooms are on the top floor; each have an en-suite shower, basin and toilet. The air-conditioned bedrooms have built in cupboards, and each bedroom has a balcony with sea view.It has been built to a contemporary design that blends in well with the older, more traditional style of architecture that predominates in Akyaka. Situated at the upper end of Akyaka, one of the most beautiful villages on the Turkish Turquoise coast, Villa Saffron boasts stunning views down to the blue sea of the Gulf of Gokova and across to the fertile plains of the conservation area. It is not on a busy road but is located in a residential street that has little traffic. The dramatic Sakar Mountains provide an imposing backdrop to this exceptional villa.
Shops, bars and restaurants are only a short walk away. The wide sandy beach, ideal for children as it is shallow for some way out, is a pleasant 10 minute walk downhill. |

The villa comprises of 2 independent units (no.17 and no.19), each available separately. Both units are identical and each is capable of accommodating up to 6 adults. In each unit there are 2 double/twin bedrooms on the top floor, each with an en-suite shower, basin and toilet. The bedrooms have built in cupboards and each one has a balcony with sea view. Floor-standing fans are provided to keep you cool at night during the summer months. The lounge is on the floor below, and is equipped with plenty of comfortable seating, satellite television and DVD player. 2 large bed-settees provide extra sleeping potential. There is another large balcony on this level, again with a sea view.
The kitchen and open plan dining area is on the ground floor. The modern kitchen comes with oven, hob, fridge-freezer, kettle, and plenty of cupboard space. Electricity, gas and water costs are all included in the rental price. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cloakroom with toilet and washbasin. Outside boasts a large veranda (perfect for eating al fresco) and a garden facing onto the street. There is also car-parking available on site.
Bedding, towels and hairdryers are provided. A weekly maid service is included. |
