The luxury villa is situated on one of the newest and most prestigious golf developments in the Murcia region - Hacienda Del Alamo Golf Resort.
It is five minutes from the traditional Spanish town of Fuente Alamo, 25 minutes from the lovely beaches of Mazarron yet surrounded by mountains and farmlands.
The Villa has a large landscaped garden, beautiful heated private pool (12mx6m), BBQ and many outdoor terraces offering unrivalled views of the 15th green and 16th tee. Externally the villa reflects traditional Spanish architechture. Internally, all rooms are fully furnished to an exceptional standard. The living accommodation is spacious with vaulted, beamed ceilings and dark wood shutters. There is heating / air conditioning throughout.

The villa is located in the heart of Hacienda del alamo Golf Resort overlooking the 15th green and 16th tee of the championship golf course. THe resort is located about 3km north of the village of Fuente Alamo which has all the necessary supermarkets, banks etc plus an interesting market on Saturdays.
The nearest airport, San Javier, Murcia, is only 30 mins drive from the resort. Alternatively, Alicante airport has frequent flights from most airports in the UK and is about an hours' drive. Car hire is recommended to get around both the resort and the region. Vehicles can be booked from a variety of low cost hire companies operating out of both Alicante and Murcia airport.
Murcia the 10th largest city in Spain and famous for its gastronomic cuisine is only 25 min away. Cartagena, Spain's largest naval base plus plenty of shops is only a 15 min drive. |

Living Rooms: The open-plan lounge and dining room is fully furnished with with stunning high vaulted ceiling, there is easy access to the terrace, private pool & garden.
Towels, linen and beach towels are provided. Mid stay cleaning can be arranged at extra cost if required.
Hacienda Del Alamo officially opened the first of the two Dave Thomas designed championship golf courses in November 2004. Dave Thomas has an international reputation – his courses include Valderama, La Manga and the Belfry to name but a few. The first course is a challenging 6,724m over gently undulating conditions with a maximum height differential of only 20m. There is also a golf academy which consists of a six hole 1,251m practice course,two storey driving range and pro shop. There are also 2 tennis courts available on the resort that are less than 5 minutes walk from the villa. |
