This delightful air conditioned villa is ideal for those looking for top quality accommodation and a relaxing holiday in quiet surroundings.
The villa is located on a peaceful road and is not overlooked at all. Entrance is through secure electronic gates with remote control. To the rear of the villa there open countryside with the sea in the distance. The front of the villa leads out onto the roadside. The pool area has a good selection of high quality garden furniture and sun loungers. There is also a separate sun lounge off the garden where comfortable lounge furniture is provided plus a further TV.
The lovely house is located in a well established popular urbanisation. Enter the urbanisation and drive up to almost the top of the hill to reach the villa. Don’t worry, all the roads are properly made up! The villa is located on an extremely quiet road where there is little, if any, passing traffic.
The kitchen has all the usual modern amenities including dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, fridge, microwave, oven and hob, toaster, kettle, coffee machine.
The lounge (with sofabed) offers comfortable seating for eight people and has an attractive open fire place and leads to a separate large conservatory style dining room with seating for six, which overlooks the gardens and private pool. For entertainment there is a DVD player, CD player, radio, freeview English (take your own viewing card with you).

The Costa Del Sol is host to millions of tourists a year taking advantage of the frequent and often budget routes to Malaga and less frequently Gibraltar airports and heading to one of the many resorts located along the beckoning stretch of Costa del Sol coastline.
Along the coast lies Marbella with its famous marina at Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and finally Gibraltar.
The Costa del Sol weather will not disappoint, with average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year.
There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which offer year round golf as well as a whole range of other activities such as sailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, scuba diving, etc.
Or why not travel into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and Granada all within comfortable reach for day tours. For those with plenty of energy and get up and go, you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
Estepona remains a popular holiday destination for those who want to be a little further away and still within easy distance of the hustle and bustle of Puerto Banus. Conveniently located on the western Costa del Sol it offers visitors an abundance of attractions.
Estepona offers more than 30 kilometres of carefully maintained sandy beaches. Some of Estepona’s beaches are wild and dramatic, whilst others are tranquil with waterside restaurants (Chiringuitos). With the coast which offers numerous possibilities for water sports, glorious summer temperatures and mild winters it makes for a perfect holiday. There is plenty of history and culture in Estepona which remains unspoiled and future development is carefully planned to ensure the preservation of the town´s cherished identity.
Rada beach is located in front of the town centre and has recently been substantially improved and awarded the European Blue Flag! Worth a visit. It is the longest beach and most popular beach in Estepona.
Or how about the beach at Costa Natura --- the first authorised nudist beach on the Costa del Sol! Cristo's Beach, or "La Playa del Cristo" is sheltered from the winds with an attractive cove.Other beaches include "La Galera" and "Bahía Dorada". |
