The villa is presented on one level with bedrooms, exquisite salon and dining room all with vaulted ceilings and patio doors open to a covered patio and open ended courtyard with outside dining table and chairs for 12 people as well as comfort seating areas.
Across the centre of the courtyard is the salon or main reception room. This has a vaulted ceiling and fireplace, tiled stove, seating for 16 people. TV with satellite, DVD, CD, stereo.
The East wing of the villa comprises master bedroom and the main guest bedroom each with en suite bathroom and dressing area. The master bedroom has great views over the golf course and a shaded patio area.
The East wing also boasts the vaulted ceiling dining room (seats 10 plus high chair) with French doors onto the courtyard as well as a fully fitted kitchen with freezer, oven, hob, microwave, grill, fridge, dish washer, washing machine, clothes dryer.
The West wing is accessed through the television room and offers three more bedrooms again with vaulted ceilings, en suite bathrooms and patio doors to the courtyard.
In the basement there is a final oversized and well designed bedroom with dressing area and full en suite bathroom, which is ideal for teenagers, au pair and so on.

The basement leads to well equipped utility room, storage area and the double garage.

Los Arqueros is the first course designed by Spanish golf champion Severiano Ballesteros and offers a range of amenities on-site including a children s play area, tennis courts and clubhouse with restaurant. There are also a number of fine restaurants in the area famous for their game dishes including venison, wild boar and pheasant.
Within a 10 minute drive can also be found the golf courses of Los Naranjos, Aloha, Las Brisas, Atalaya, Los Flamingos, La Quinta, El Paraiso, La Zagaleta, Montemayor, Los Arqueros & the Marbella Club. The cultural and artisan delights of Ronda are a scenic 40 minute drive away, perfect for a day trip inland from the coast.
The Costa Del Sol is host to millions of tourists a year taking advantage of the frequent and often budget routes to Malaga and less frequently Gibraltar airports and heading to one of the many resorts located along the beckoning stretch of Costa del Sol coastline.
Along the coast lies Marbella with its famous marina at Puerto Banus, Estepona, Sotogrande and finally Gibraltar.
The Costa del Sol weather will not disappoint, with average annual temperatures of 18ºC and over 300 days of sunshine per year.
There are around 70 Costa del Sol golf courses on the "Costa del Golf" which offer year round golf as well as a whole range of other activities such as sailing, dolphin safaris, horse riding, scuba diving, etc.
Or why not travel into the real Spain with the cities of Ronda, Cordoba, Seville and Granada all within comfortable reach for day tours. For those with plenty of energy and get up and go, you can also take a 15km trip across the Straits of Gibraltar to visit Tangier in Morocco.
San Pedro de Alcántara is ideally located, just 10 kilometres west from Marbella and a few minutes drive away from the Sierra de Ronda mountain range and 20 km from Estepona. San Pedro is an ancient farming community and still offers and unspoilt pueblo.
The central plaza with parish church and surrounding narrow streets which are packed with intriguing small shops, sidewalk cafes and bars are a must. There is an excellent street market on Thursdays.
Walk from the centre of San Pedro to the beachfront along the Avenida del Marques del Duero an attractive wide avenue with palm trees. The modern wide promenade is great for continuing your walk(or skateboarding!) with several excellent chiringuitos (beachside restaurants) specialising in fish dishes. Bora Bora is a deservedly popular beach club.
San Pedro is host to the last summer fair (feria) in Andalucia during the second week of October.
Marbella town has many places of historic interest- including the famous Orange Square, a beautiful central plaza with important buildings, such as the Town Hall, Magistrate's House and Santiago's Chapel. Of equal importance are the abundance of varied and quality restaurants to suit all tastes and budgets. Typical dishes on offer include Ajoblanco (chilled garlic soup with almonds, bread, oil and vinegar). Gazpacho (chilled tomato, garlic and vegetable soup). Pescaíto frito (small fried fish) and Paella.
Marbella's Old town sports old world, quaint streets with colourful flowers and plants. This part of Marbella is also a choice shopping area with plenty of designer clothes and accessories.
Marbella has some brilliant beaches including the ever popular Funny Beach offering lots of child and adult friendly activities such as go-karts, motorbikes, crazy boats, mini-golf, and an awesome obstacle course. |
