Golden Sandy Beach is just at 2 Miles, and Golf Field (18 holes) is just at Half a Mile. The Villa is located in the area with the Best Beaches of whole Mallorca. Standards are very high, so no crowds there but excellent atmosphere. Nearby there are the very charming villages of Arta , Capdepera, Son Servera & Cala Rajada with lovely & non expensive Restaurants, fashion shops, Cafes, lovely harbour, etc. Town Centre in those villages has a lot of character & history with local markets at different days of the week. You can practise all sorts of Sports in the Area ; Swimming, Diving, Fishing, Tennis, Cycling, Horse ridding, Mountain Walking etc. |

Villa has two floors. Ground level: The entrance leads to a large living room with white sofas and an original large Indian Antic wooden table. There is an adjacent dining room that seats 12 people. Both rooms have sliding glass doors that open into the covered terrace and garden. Fully fitted kitchen top design (fridge, freezer, oven, and dishwasher, microwave) with a dining area that seats 8 people, ideal for breakfast. There is also an outside dining area for 12.
A twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m) with en suite bathroom (shower). There is a WC and an ironing room (washing machine). Lower level: There are four bedrooms: 1 Large master bedroom around 70 m2 (king size 1.70m x 2.0m) with en suite bathroom (bath) and dressing room with views to the garden, 1 twin bedroom (2 single beds 0.90m x 1.90m), 1 Double Bedroom (that can be also single bed and use the large space for childrenīs play room),1 bedroom with three singles beds (0.90m x 1.90m).All with terrace & garden views. |
