Downstairs is a modern fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms (both ensuite). An internal patio/courtyard leads to a further double bedroom and small sitting room with fireplace which can also be used as a further bedroom.
Outside is an extensive garden with terraces and seating areas, an outside kitchen, covered barbeque/seating area, larger than average private pool, shower, toilet, and orange and lemon trees.
Calpe offers all the facilities you would expect from a holiday town, including port and marina, water sports, a large number of bars and restaurants including Chinese, German, Indian, Spanish and English cuisine, along the beachfront promenade or in the town itself.
