KITCHEN - A fully fitted kitchen with Dishwasher, Washing Machine, Fridge/Freezer, Kettle, Coffee Machine, Toaster, Iron, Ironing Board, Oven and Hob. Seperate utility room.
PATIO/GARDEN - Private garden with 3.6 by 8 meter swimming pool with Roman steps. Patio with outside furniture and sun-loungers.
Upstairs terrace with shower and views to the sea and mountains. There is also a BBQ for your use.
Water, Bread, Milk, Tea, Coffee and Sugar will be placed in the villa free of charge for your arrival.
The weekly price of 650 pounds is based on 2 people sharing. All others will be charged 40 pounds per week thereafter to a maximum of 6. Children under the age of 5 are accommodated free.

Excellent high quality, fully equipped villa. Superb location-approx 15-20 mins walk to the main centre where all the bars,restaurants and nightlife are and 15 mins to the Eurospar for provisions. The pool was lovely with spacious terrace for sunbathing. Great views of Caleta from the roof top terrace. A special thanks to Claire and the management team for providing a very professional service. Overall a fabulous property with everything you need. Would definitely stay there again-hopefully sometime soon." |
