The villa is to be found in beautiful rural surroundings on its own ‘hill’ overlooking the Rambla (dried up river) in the Almanzora Valley in the Province of Almeria, and the spectacular mountain ranges and views of the Sierra de Los Filabres and the Sierra de Las Estancias some 16 odd km (10 odd miles) away.
The villa has been tastefully renovated to a reasonably high standard in order to retain its original character and charm in keeping with the location.
