Quinta do Novo Pomar is a traditional Portuguese style Villa situated in Santa Bárbara de Nexe – Algarve, between the gentle slopes from the sea to the picturesque hills. It has panoramic sea views as well as breathtaking views across the Algarve countryside and to the coastal towns.
It is considered a fun Villa ideal for family holidays, mixed parties and offers quiet seclusion and privacy. Just a short drive to the picturesque towns, beaches, golf courses, modern shopping and typical villages with outstanding local restaurants, extremely good value, where you can enjoy amazing traditional and typical food, including of course, daily fresh fish. The nearby market town of Loulé steeped in History, is a 5 minute drive away and offers a wide choice of shops and restaurants. Market day is Saturday and worth a visit – available top international brands at very low prices.
This spacious and comfortable villa is traditionally furnished throughout. The accommodation consists of a large lounge / dining area with satellite TV, DVD, CD player. The spacious kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, fridge / freezer, microwave and washing machine and it adjoins a sunny breakfast terrace. The main house features two twin-bedded rooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, a twin-bedded room with separate shower room and a double-bedded room with en-suite bathroom. There is a separate studio on the lower level, which has a double bed and a bathroom – the entrance to this is independent from the main house.
Above all that there are uninterrupted sea views from each level. You will appreciate all the above through the Virtual Tour available for this property. The shaded terrace is ideally situated by the built in barbeque, perfect for the al-fresco meals. All levels of this Villa have stunning views showing the Algarve’s coast line.
