This brand new linked villa, beautifully furnished, situates near the 2nd hole about 5 minutes walking from the beach and has fantastic sea, golf and Berlengas Island views.
The very spacious and bright living/dining room on the 1st floor, enjoying the amazing views, has 3 sofas, LCD TV, DVD player, Hi-fi, fireplace, table and chairs for 6 and has direct access to the large terrace with exterior table and chairs. The kitchen, also on the first floor is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster.
The bedrooms are on the ground floor all with en-suite bathrooms and there is also a separate toilet. Two of the bedrooms with single beds have access to a nice and secluded garden. The master bedroom with double bed has direct access to patio with private heated swimming pool and barbeque area with table, chairs and sun loungers. The villa has fly screens installed in most windows.
