The property has electric heaters for winter use and ceiling fans for summer.
The garden includes a variety of fruit trees, shrubs and bushes. There is a pleasant covered shaded area near the pool. The villa has a barbecue and leisure furniture is provided.
Cot hire can be arranged.
The villa is at Vale de Margem, a pleasant rural location which provides an ideal base within easy reach of golf courses.
Golf
The new Silves Golf is 10 minutes drive from O Primeiro Passo.
There are a number of pleasant walks in the area and the nearest shop is only a 5 minutes walk away in Monte Raposes. There are further shops in Alcantarilha (3km). Nearby places of interest include the ancient town of Silves and Monchique, a mountain town approached by roads which wind through the heavily forested woodlands.

We had a very good week in the villa.
The villa was very clean, the kids loved the mini pool table, and the swimming pool, the amount of space was lovely, the kitchen was extremely well equipped, and great to have another fridge and freezer in the outhouse.
