The villa Casa Verde provides an extremely spacious and relaxing environment for a villa holiday in the Algarve. Ideally suited for two families or group of friends who want to be near to all facilities yet be able to relax in comfort and style.
Only a 35 minute drive from Faro Airport, the villa Casa Verde is set on a headland at Sao Rafael just 2 kms west of Albufeira in an area of outstanding natural beauty, and only a short 10 minute stroll to the golden sandy beach at Sao Rafael. The well appointed holiday villa enjoys panoramic views across the valley to the sea and new marina just outside Albufeira, which has become one of the most popular resorts in the Algarve.
There are several other coved beaches nearby accessed either by car or via a picturesque walk along the cliffs. All the beaches have their own beach bars serving a variety of of food and drinks available throughout the day. There are good restaurants within walking distance of the villa, as well as a mini market for food essentials with well stocked supermarkets only minutes by car. Colour brochure available.

| Casa Verde is a delightful villa that enjoys a wonderful holiday location yet only a 5 minute drive from the lively bustling town of Albufeira which has an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars to cater for all tastes and pockets. Centered around the square, the town comes alive at night providing entertainment until dawn. Once a fishing village it still retains the charm and character of it’s moorish origins. The maze of cobbled streets are filled with inexpensive restaurants serving traditional meals and delicious fresh seafood. If you would like time out from relaxing around the pool there are many holiday activities for all the family to enjoy within easy reach of the villa. You have a choice of a number of water slide parks in the area and why not swim with the dolphins at Zoomarine? Jeep safaris are also great fun for all the family and allow you to taste the flavour of the beautiful Algarve countryside. Would you prefer to learn a little of the history of the Algarve? You can by visiting SilvesCastle. If you fancy challenging your family to a game of crazy golf, then Krazy World is the place to go. The villa is ideally placed for golf holidays in the Algarve. The nearest course is Salgados, a 10 minute drive from the villa and Pine Cliffs at 6km, a little gem. The better known golf courses of Vilamoura are about 20 minutes away and Quinta da Lago and Vale de Lobo courses about 30 minutes away. |

| Cot Hire and High Chair available. For a more relaxing start to your Algarve villa holiday we can organise airport transfer to the villa. In addition we can offer car hire, with delivery and collection of vehicles from the villa. a service previous guests have found very helpful. The villa is cared for by our local English manager who will normally visit you on the day after your arrival to ensure you have settled in and to answer any questions that you may have. The swimming pool is cleaned regularly to keep it in tip top condition and a maid service provides a linen change once per week and towels twice per week. For extra piece of mind there is a safe to store valuables. |
