It is situated in Xaghra a village close to the nicest beach on the island Ramla beach. In this village you will find several tourist attractions such as the Ggantija temples which are part of the world heritage as they are the oldest free standing temples in the world.
It is also close to the famouse Calypso Cave where on can opt for a nice country walk to reach each. One can also see other grottos in Xaghra, such as Ninu's Cave and Xerri's Grotto both of which just about 200m away. Other attractions in this village are the windmill museum and the museum of Toys. The villa is just 1 min walk away from the village centre where one can find all the facilities needed. In the village square one will find several restaurants, bars and pubs. Two banks, a supermarket, grocers, butchers, pharmacy and also a petrol station. If you have children there is also a nice playing field just 5min walk away from the villa.
Xaghra is near the main town Victoria so with just a 5 min car ride you can visit the citadel and its museums as well as the market and the shopping centre. From the villa you can reach the closest diving centre with a 5 min car drive, adn gymnasium, tennis and squash courts and wall climbing facilities. |

The villa has 6 berooms in all. Only 1 is with a double bed. One is a triple room. The other 4 are all twin rooms and you have the availability of 2 foldable beds. Each room is equipped with fans and also heaters. Each floor has its seperate kitchen. Each kitchen has a fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob. Toaster, kettle and all the kitchen utencils needed for cooking.
Each floor has its own sitting room, with comfortable cushioned sofas and coffee tables. In each sitting room, one will find a telephone and TV. The villa is also equipped with washing machine and ironing facilities. As for the pool area you have a gas barbeque adn garden furniture such as tables and chairs and deck chairs for sunbathing. In the pool area you also have an out door shower as well. |
