Set in the rolling countryside south of Rome 'Villa Anna' is the ideal choice for a short break or a longer relaxing holiday. Perfectly situated it is close to a mainline railway station where trains take only 20 minutes into the centre of Rome. Nearby are the hills of the Colli Albi as are the seaside resort towns of Nettuno & Anzio. Only 30 minutes away is Ciampino Airport which is the favored choice of the discount airlines whilst Fuminacino Airport is only 45 minutes away. During the hot summer months it is a relief to return to the cooler countryside after the heat of Rome and relax in the pool or under a shady tree. The Villa is split into 2 apartments so it is particularly suitable for 2 families. The middle apartment has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, an extra bed or cot can be put in the double room and there are 2 chair beds and a sofa bed in the lounge area so it can sleep up to 7. The upper apartment has one double bedroom where an extra bed or cot can be added, there are also 2 chair beds in the lounge area so it can sleep up to 5.

| Guestbook: Had a lovely relaxed time. All very comfortable and clean. The terrace (upstairs apartment) is huge, sunny and completely private. Mick and Angela are very good hosts and their recommendations for local restaurants and driving directions really paid off. Not to mention the thoroughly enjoyable barbecue which was terrific value.
