Villa La Nicchia has an entrance hall, a living room, a very well-equipped kitchen, a master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom overlooking the garden, a double room with a bathroom and an independent room that overlooks the patio with two bunk beds and a bathroom. There is a large patio where guests can enjoy al fresco dining during the summer while they look out at the breathtaking view of the bay of Cala di Volpe which stretches to Porto Rotondo and the island of Tavolara. The villa is elegantly furnished but careful attention has also been paid to making it as functional as possible. The beautifully-tended, lush garden leads to the swimming pool which is rarely used by other residents of the complex. A parking space for cars is situated in front of the entrance.
Villa La Nicchia is less than two kilometres from the most beautiful, famous beaches in the area. These include Romazzino, la Celvia, Capriccioli, Liscia Ruja, Cala di Volpe, Grande Pevero and Piccolo Pevero. It is also situated less than 500 metres from the famous PEVERO GOLF CLUB.
There is a well-equipped shopping centre about 1 km away with two supermarkets and various other shops including a pharmacy. |
