This modern villa consists of three fully furnished floors surrounded by a pretty garden (1500 m2) , a solarium, two spacious panoramic terraces with private pool and sea view, equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrella. This private and secluded villa is reserved exclusively for families and small groups.
Villa built on three levels: On the first level there is a double bedroom (or twin) (en-suite with shower), another bedroom with 4 beds (one double and two single or 4 single) en-suite with shower. Both bedrooms have a terrace/solarium with sea view equipped with sun beds and sun umbrella.
The second level there is: living room with sofas, fire place, dining area, two large panoramic terraces equipped with sun beds, tables, chairs and sun umbrellas. A double bedroom ( en-suite) with bath tub and shower.
On the third level there are: 4 double bedrooms (or twin) (en-suite with shower) with sea and garden views , air conditioning/heating, safety boxes and direct access to the panoramic garden.
All bedrooms have access to one of the panoramic terraces. The villa has spacious Kitchen with fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, large pantry and laundry area with washing machine, iron and ironing board and a second bathroom. From the kitchen there is access to one of the terraces which provides a wonderful backdrop to your delicious " al fresco" meals.
The garden is equipped with a wooden gazebo furnished with benches and tables where delicious breakfasts, made with typical local products, are served.

The villa has parking on-site, with access via a short path, through a wooded area.

Our recently restored villa measures 290 square meters, with 150 sq. mt. of terraces with above ground swimming pool sea views over the Gulf of Naples. Accessed by a picturesque path, the villa is surrounded by 500 sq. m. of lawn with oak and olive trees. While located in secluded surroundings the villa is only 1,5 Km away from the pretty village of Sant' Agata where you will find "Don Alfonso", one of the most famous restaurants in Europe. It is worth remembering that famous writers, musicians and poets have all sojourned here attracted by the many enchanting views , the countryside and the wonderful fresh air. Sant' Agata also boasts a privileged position since, in a relatively short time, it has become possible to reach all of the most celebrated attractions of the area ; the Sorrentine and Amalfi coasts, Sorrento centre, Pompei and Herculaneum, the port which provides access via hydrofoil to the islands of Capri and Ischia and the city of Naples.
The traditional and picturesque towns of Positano and Amalfi are only a short distance away via bus. In Sorrento centre just twenty minutes from Sant Agata you will find many restaurants, bars, shops and banks etc. The Bay of Nerano, another stunning site, with enchanting beaches and romantic restaurants on the sea is just 7 Km from the villa. Here you can experience fresh fish dishes, local wines and local specialities while you relax in the beautiful surroundings. |

Hello Stefania,
I apologize for not thanking you sooner, but as we arrived home our tourist season began and our B&B has been extremely busy. Anyway, I wanted to thank you very very much for such wonderful hospitality. The girls, Anna Maria, Dorina, etc. are just delightful people and you are a wonderful hostess. Arthur's birthday dinner turned out just the way it would have been if we had it at home. The house was so comfortable, I could have stayed and not come home.... When we left you, we went to Capri to stay at the Ceasar Agusta Hotel in Ana Capri. We had a beautiful suite overlooking the water and we also had a fabulous dinner at the Palace Hotel. As grand and chic as they both are, I would still prefer to stay at La Cartolina.
We will always recommend you to our friends and hotel guests that when traveling to Campagnia. And let us know if you open any more houses...

It´s a really beautiful place to stay. We have to thanks to Stefania for the warm wellcoming. Try to get there with a little car, because the roads are very narrow. Let them recomend you what to do during your stay. We will go back again. Visit the nearest village like ravello, marina de cantore or Capri.

Short vacation,intention to enjoy beautiful nature at sorrento peninsula and to visit some historical places arround Naples. Breakfast is very good,containing different things,fresh fruits,muesli,coffee and milk,various chees and salami sorts.eggs in several ways are also offered.

Had a wonderful stay at La Cartolina Residence. Great place if you like spotless rooms, beautiful views and tranquility. Our hostess was gracious and our breakfast lady, Annamaria, always greeted us with a smile. If you enjoy good hard hiking, try the climb up from Sorrento. Very challenging. I would recommend this place to anyone who doesn''t mind a fifteen-minute walk into the lovely little village of Sant''Agata and who enjoys peace, quiet and fresh air. (The bus service to Amalfi and Sorrento is excellent by the way) Thanks Stefania, Annamaria and Evelyn!
