Villa Girasole is located in a panoramic position overlooking the town of Soiana, and fields planted with olive trees, sunflowers and wheat.
The country house has been completely restored in a typical tuscan architectural style in June of 2006.
The towns of Cevoli, Casciana Terme and Ponsacco are only a few minutes away by car, as well as a pharmacy and grocery stores.
For wine connaisseurs, Villa Girasole is located on the "Vino delle Colline Pisane" wine trail, with many wineries found in the immediate vicinity. This ideal location combines the sensation of a holiday in the country, within easy reach of the city and the beach.
This 100 square meters (1076 sq feet), well-furnished house consists of:
-a warm, spacious and well-equipped kitchen (with wood-burning fireplace),
-a living room (linked through an archway to the kitchen) equipped with a television, CD/DVD player, sofa bed (sleeps two persons), couch and love chair,
-a bathroom equipped with a hair dryer and washing machine,
-a bedroom equipped with a full-size bed for 2 persons,
-a bedroom equipped with 3 single beds, for 3 persons.
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots and all necessary ustensils to cook a perfect Tuscan meal.
The interior is decorated in typical Tuscan-style furniture and benefits from thick walls that naturally keep the house cool in summertime.
A barbecue grill and an outside set of chairs and tables are available for our guests.
