The house is built in the rock and because of that it has a cool temperature throughout the summer. NO need for air-conditioning.
The privacy the front courtyard provides is exactly what is needed. If you open both side of the front door you can see all the way to the capital town, or you can use the elevated terrace and from there things get even better.
The courtyard provides a lot of safety for young children and this is hard to come across in houses on the Caldera.
The villa has a master bedroom with an extra separate area with a sofa, and in the front we have the open plan area with a fully equipped kitchen and a fridge, and 2 sofa beds in the living room.
There is also a dining table with chairs.
A TV that gets the greek channels only and a radio/mp3 player with a USB slot to use your music from your pc, are there for your entertainment.
Outside oyu will find a bench, a table and chairs.
Also a bathroom with a standing shower.
The area is usually very quite and peaceful so you can relax and get lost in your thoughts.
