This luxurius traditionally newly built stone villa set on the edge of the village of Prines is immaculate, extremely romantic in style, and very tastefully furnished.
Villa Anastasia is an ideal holiday retreat for those seeking relaxation. Its 800m garden with olive trees and lovely Cretan flowers in combination with the natural materials used in the interior, provides a coll and refreshing atmosphere during the warm summer days.
The property and its surroundings offer absolute privacy. The central heating convert Villa Anastasia in to a perfect place for winter holidays as well.
Anastasia Villa
Its spacious cottage style interior can sleep 6 persons, having 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom plus 1 shower / WC.
Ground floor: Off the patio, the front door opens into the spacious open plan living room and kitchen area with a corner fireplace, and stone corner seating area with cushions, rugs, coffee table, and in-built shelves with books and Satellite TV.
The gallery style kitchen is equipped with full size cooker, hob and large fridge freezer. There is also a wooden dining table and chairs. A tiny hall leads to two ground floor bedrooms, both with wrought iron beds and stylish antique furniture. Both have doors leading out onto a shared front terrace facing the gardens.
One bedroom has a double bed with a muslin mosquito net, and the other has twin beds. All windows have hand-made white lace curtains. The bathroom on the ground floor has a bathtub with shower, wash basin, washing machine and WC. The villa covers an area of 120 sqm.
Upper floor: A staircase connects the ground floor living room to a spacious wooden floored sleeping gallery set under a beamed ceiling, with a double bed, an en-suite shower / WC and a small dressing room. |

Discover the beautiful prefecture of Rethymnon. Rethymnon is the main city of the prefecture and one of the most important of Crete. It is a beautiful city divided into the Old Town and the New Town.
The Old part is composed of old buildings and paved narrow alleys. A Venetian fortress is overlooking the town. The area proposes a beautiful sandy beach.
The traditional old village of Prines has few little shops and a mini-market as well as some local traditional cafes. The nearest beach, Koubes beach, is approximately 4 km away, while the beach of Petres is 6 km away.
The bustling big town of Rethymno, at 6 km distance, with its wide variety of tourist amenities is a 7 minute drive away. |
