Our Greek Villa (Villa Kalithea) is located in a fantastic position close by the sea, with breathtaking panoramic views of the awe-inspiring White Mountains (Lefka Ori), the beautiful unspoiled resort of Almirida with its lovely sandy beaches, Souda Bay and the Akrotiri peninsular. Our Greek Villa has huge terraces and balconies to take full advantage of these panoramic views.
The villa is luxuriously appointed and sleeps up to 6 people, making it ideal for a Crete villa holiday for couples, friends and families. It is situated amongst olive trees just a few minutes' easy walk into the delightful village of Plaka and, conveniently, only about 40 minutes drive from Chania International Airport. The property has illuminated stone boundary walls with large wrought-iron entrance gates, a hard standing for cars, its own large secluded swimming pool, and spacious gardens with plenty of room for sitting out and relaxing. There are three double bedrooms (two with double beds, one with two singles), an Italian-style luxury kitchen and two bathrooms.
For those looking for something special for their Crete villa holiday, both in terms of location and special finishing touches, Villa Kalithea is an ideal choice. Although you may want to laze around our pool, our Greek Villa also provides a superb base for walking holidays and exploring the fantastic scenery in West Crete, including lovely little coves, mountain gorges, and pretty inland villages. Our Greek Villa is meticulously equipped, including dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge / freezer, full-size cooker with electric oven, microwave, TV, CD/DVD Player, air conditioning and ceiling fans. An iron / ironing board is also provided. The Villa is stylishly furnished throughout with beautifully tiled floors and terraces and modern bathroom fittings. Terraces have pergolas to provide delightful sitting out areas.{linebreak}{linebreak}
Garden & Pool: The Villa enjoys newly landscaped gardens with palms, herbaceous plants and olive trees. There is an illuminated walkway to the front entrance. At the rear of the property is a large secluded pool (ca. 8.5m x 4.5m x 1.2m deep) with extensive paved sitting out areas. Sun-loungers and umbrellas are provided. Also pool towels.
