The villa is built on a plot of 1600 sqm which is surrounded by a beautifully crafted local stone wall and has its own private swimming pool. We have worked with the developer to ensure that Villa Aegean View is a suitable villa for all guests especially families with young children. The garden boasts a large grassed area which is situated on a lower level. which is away from the swimming pool, so for peace of mind you know your children are extremely safe when playing on the grass or the specially provided play area that will be presented in the garden. There is a grassed area which is 400 sqm, this is ideal for the children to play on as it is located away from the swimming pool and will give you peace of mind that they are safe. There is a variety of outside toys from slides to playhouses, to little bikes and lots more. We feel as parents that it is important to have a villa catering for family needs and we believe that Villa Aegean View is ideal for the whole family's requirements. |
