the house has a swimming pool in a big walled garden. a veranda with an outside kitchenette, abig sitting lounge, dining table for 10 and a double hanging bed with mosquitonet. one room has 2 double beds, and one single, 2 rooms have a double bed, and the living has a double and a bunk bed. the floors are with mosaic pebble stones (hochlaki) and everything is done in the most ARTISTIc WAY. with a lot of love as one can see in the pcs. it is a family inheritence. the house in rhodes / koskinou, is for rent all year round. so also for people with retirement. or writers etc. the house is very peaceful, relaxing and quietly set, on the edge of the old traditional (old town) village of koskinou with its traditionally built houses. |

| the village of koskinou is about 6 km. away from the old town of rhodes. the italian restored beautiful beachresort with the natural healthspa of thermen kalithea belongs to the village of koskinou and is a 5-10 min. drive away. the other (sandy) beaches are a 15 min. walk away. the property is on the edge of the old village in a kind of no mans land, hidden away invisably behind big stone walls, at the front side of the house the gates are opening on to the end of a dead end street, so nobody expects and knows the big property that lies behind it. there are no direct neighbours, the 2 houses besides this house are ruined, and uninhabited. |
