Zephyros Villa recently completed to a very high standard and luxuriously furnished is set in gardens with a newly planted orchard, gnarled olive trees, scented flowers and shrubs. The large heated swimming pool (11m x 5.5m with a constant depth of 1.4m) is surrounded by sunbathing terraces, poolside kitchen, barbecue and dining area. The views from the terraces are breathtaking.
The villa comprises on the first floor of three air-conditioned en suite double bedrooms, one has a queen size bed, the other a king size bed and the third two single beds that can be convert to a queen size bed. On the ground floor there is a large fully fitted Alno kitchen and dining area. A large living room with a wood burning fireplace, a TV room and cloakroom. In the basement there is a games/garden room, fully equipped laundry, changing room, wet room and cloakroom.
The villa is within walking distance from the attractive yachting harbour of Agia Efimia, with its various secluded covers and beautiful clear water. In Agia Efimia there are a selection of shops, tavernas and bars. It also has its own scuba diving school and facilities to hire motor boats. |

Zephyros Villa is situated 750 metres from Agia Efimia which is an attractive yachting harbour at the northern end of Sami Bay, on the east coast of Kefalonia. Agia Efimia has many colourful tavernas, cafes and bars, and ice cream parlour. There are also souvenir shops, supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher, a post office, pharmacy and cash point. You can also hire motor boats to explore the spectacular local coves and small isolated beaches, and cars or mopeds to discover the beauty of Kefalonia. If you are feeling energetic there are a number of local walking trails, or you can book a tennis court plus there is a scuba diving school. Close to the villa there are many attractive white pebble coves and small beaches with crystal clear water.
Argostoli Airport (EFL) is about 1 hours drive away. The capital of Kefalonia, Argostoli, with its wealth of shops, restaurants and bars, plus the Archaeological Museum and Corgialeneion Historical and Folk Art Museums is 30 Km. Myrtos Beach famed for the beauty of the white sand and blue water is a 15 minute drive and Anti Samos Beach, with the breathtaking sweep of the bay and sparkling clear water, ideal for snorkelling, is a 25 minute drive. The pretty port of Sami (which has a medical centre) is a 15 minute drive from which you can catch a ferry to the beautiful island of Ithaca or to Patras on the main land of Greece. The fascinating Drogorati Caves are 11 km away and the Mellisani Underground Lake, just outside Karavomilos is 6 km. To the south of the island Poros is 30 km and Skala 40 km. To the north spectacular Assos is 10 km and picturesque Fiskardo is 30 km

On your arrival at the Zephyros Villa you will be greet by our local representative.

Bedroom 1: Queen size double bed with ensuite shower room, air conditioning, French doors to large covered terrace with two armchairs and coffee table. Second French door to balcony.
Bedroom 2: King size double bed with ensuite shower room, air conditioning, French doors to terrace shared with bedroom three, with its own table and two chairs
Bedroom 3: Twin beds able to convert to a Queen size double bed, ensuite shower room, air conditioning. French doors to terrace shared with bedroom two with its own table and two chairs

Living Room: Large L-shaped sofa, coffee table, console table, Hi-Fi wood burning fire, two sets of French doors lead to a large terrace with pergola that a Moroccan style marble table and chairs.
Dining Room: Dining table and chairs
Kitchen Areas: Fully fitted Alno Kitchen, granite work surfaces, double cooker, fridger/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, toaster, coffee maker, fully equipped including Jasper Conran china.

We are able to accommodate a fifth person using the sofa bed at a rate to be agreed.
There is a maid service three times a week with linen, towels and pool towels being changed twice a week. We are also happy to provide beach towels.
This luxury villa is set in private gardens and has secluded seating areas in both sun and shade inviting you to relax and gaze at the enchanting views or just enjoy the profusion of colours and scents of the beautiful flowers. The newly planted orchard includes numerous varieties of fruit and nut trees, whilst many old gnarled olive trees add charm. Within the spacious outside area there is a sparkling heated swimming pool (11 m x 5.5 m) with a constant depth of 1.4 m surrounded by a large sunbathing terrace. Five tiled connect gazebos provide shade for the well equipped pool side kitchen with two fridges and dishwasher, mobile gas barbecue, dining area with table seating 10 and a lounging area. Stunning views of the valley can be enjoyed from all terraces, also from all bedroom terraces the view is spectacular across Agia Efimia, the sea and onto Ithaca.
