Located on the Southern coast of Kefalonia, Karavados is a typical peaceful Greek village with narrow streets winding off the main thoroughfare. In the center of the village is a colorful jewelbox church, a few tiny tavernas and a small mini-market and bar where the locals gather to drink coffee and wile away the hours.
Walking through the narrow roads of Karavados one finds a mix of beautiful ruins surrounding lush gardens, lovingly tended to vacation cottages and newly built villas all surrounded by pine trees, olive and citrus groves.
The nearest beach, St. Thomas (Agios Thomas)is divided into two small sandy beaches with crystal clear water. During high season there are sunbed rentals and there are three tavernas where you can have excellent snacks during the day and dinner in the evenings. |

Inside, the villa is modern, well equipped and tastefully furnished.
The living area has two comfortable sofas, one of which is also a bed. Guests can watch dvds on the flat panel tv. A table seating six offers a comfortable place for meals together. The modern kitchen is equipped with everything one needs for cooking meals including a kettle, toaster, oven, ceramic hob, full-size refrigerator/freezer and dishwasher.
The Villa is cleaned weekly including changing of linens, but more frequent cleaning can be arranged. The pool and gardens will be tended to during your stay. |
