Olive Grove is located on the edge of the charming village of Spartia, just 5 minutes drive to a choice of beaches.
The villa is ideal for families or friends, and sleeps up to 7 persons comfortably.
Situated in its own olive grove and private gardens, with sweeping lawns and rose filled flower beds, you will find shady area's under the olive trees, offering peace and tranquillity and views of the beautiful Kefalonian countryside to the sea. With outdoor dining facilities,loungers, bbq, and extensive terraces around the pool, the location offers privacy and a perfect opportunity to enjoy reading, swimming, and relaxation.
The villa was completed in 2005 and is fully airconditioned. The level of furnishing and equipment reflects our high standards. Light and airy, with three bedrooms; each with fitted wardrobes, and bathrooms, one double, one twin and one triple. The first floor rooms both have large balconys and views of the gardens and the sea. The ground floor bedroom is suitable for disabled guests. You will find everything you need in our fully equipped kitchen,and laundry room. The living area is spacious, the lounge and dining area have a large dining table seating 8, comfortable sofa's, a small library, games cupboard,satellite T.V, with DVD and Video and a C.D./Cassette Hi-Fi.
Its a short walk to the village where you will find a couple of mini-markets and taverna's.
The sandy horseshoe bay of Spartia is a delight, with its excellent taverna's and little jetty, where you can see the local fishermen bringing in their catch. Its a lovely sheltered bay, great for bathing, and has breathtaking views of the coastline down to the south of the island.
Prices are in pounds sterling and include maid service twice weekly, linens sheets and towels. |

Located on the south west coast of Kefalonia just 15 minutes drive to the airport and 20 minutes away from Argostoli, (the capital).A 10 minute walk into the village for the minimarket, taverna's and less than 10 minutes by car to local bakeries and supermarkets. The larger resorts of Lassi and Lourdata are just 10 minutes drive away.
There are a good selection of beaches in the area, the blue flag sandy beach of Avithos is less than 10 minutes away by car. |

As seasoned holiday home renters, I can say that your villa is the loveliest. It ticked all the right boxes. Moreover it exceeded all our expectations. We have had a wonderful holiday Again the best holiday so far. The situation of Olive Grove is ideal. In a rural area, close to locals, yet so peaceful and near enough to civilisation that one doesn't feel isolated. Just perfect! It was our first stay in Kefalonia. We found the island captivating, helped, in no small way by the facilities your villa offered.
The locals were very hospitable, it was the added ingredient which made our stay so special. We would have no hesitation in recommending Olive Grove villa to any of our friends. Once again thank you for renting your villa to us.

We had a wonderful stay in your beautiful villa - everything was so clean, new and immaculate - a far cry from some of the villas we have encountered on past holidays! The pool was glorious, and the island itself surprisingly un-touristy, compared with other Greek islands, and people we found genuinely friendly. Tula was exceptionally kind and helpful.
I think you chose an excellent area for your house and we all agreed that we would definately like to rent your villa again, and I wondered if we could book for.........
