Here at our villa on Kefalonia you are free to enjoy a relaxed way of life and avoid the over commercialisation of so many other holiday destinations.
Although, if you like a bit of life there is still plenty going on just 15 minutes drive from Spartia into Lassi or 20 minutes to Argostoli with many fine cafe/bars, restaurants and shops to suit everyones taste.

5 mins walk to the village with 2 mini markets and 3 restaurants.
5 minute drive to Spartia beach and the Waterways restaurant (one of the best restaurants on the Island, beautiful setting).

Oleander Villa is situated in the traditional Greek village of Spartia in the Livatho region only a few miles south east of the airport. The village centre is slightly inland (5 mins drive) from the small sheltered south facing sandy bay and harbour. Larger sandy beaches can be reached by car within 15 minutes.

20-30 mins walk (estimate) down the steep winding road to the beach (wouldn't recommend walking back up!)

This holiday has given us everything we needed – lots of room, lovely big bed, brilliant swimming pool & lovely position. Restaurant Stefi, right after owl museum, lovely homemade food.
