Agrapidia, a charming, light and beautifully presented house, sits within pretty grounds in the rolling countryside just outside Vathy, Ithaca¢s main town where all amenities can be found around the picturesque horseshoe bay. This is an enviable situation not only because Vathy and the nearest beach are equidistant (1,9 km ) from the house but also because privileged views can be enjoyed from the terraces, balcony and front windows across vineyards and orchards to the sea. In recognition of this lovely, pastoral location the name of the house translates as ?? pear tree?? after the numerous fruit trees in the vicinity.

Agrapidia offers accommodation that is welcoming and very attractive. The local owners certainly have a keen eye for interior design with immense thought and care invested in the colour scheme, the choice of ornaments, fabrics and various decorative touches. In the open plan living room, smart furniture sits atop a wooden floor with the well designed kitchen area to one side. Also on this level is a twin bedroom and a pretty shower room sporting colourful rustic tiles whilst upstairs, the remaining two bedrooms each boast their own en suite shower room and equally stylish décor. These excellent facilities are completed by air conditioning in the living area and each bedroom.
