The surrounding hills are richly verdant with diverse flora, and in parts still thickly wooded with Oak trees, yet the nearest sandy beach is only 2 Km away. The house has three bedrooms and is suitable for up to 6 people. A private swimming pool of 30 sqm in size is available. The entrance to the house is off the sleepy main square of the village, and the living area of the house is very privately and quietly positioned behind an enormous mellowed stone arch. The villa has been formed out of the great west vault with more than one metre thick stone walls and the oil mill, all of which have been authentically and carefully converted to form a most unusual and inspiring living area of 140 m/2.
The surrounding south facing walled gardens and terraces are particularly lovely, with an orangery and vineyard, fruit trees and prickly pears.
