The Villa is in the pretty seaside village of Almyrida which is 35 minutes from Chania airport, and 30 minutes from the old Vanetian city and port of Chania in Western Crete.
The villa is the first on a complex with 5 others and shared swimming pool.
It has its own private garden.
There is private parking off the road.
There are fabulous views to the olive groves,white mountains and sea.
The villa is just a 3 minutes walk to the beautiful and safe sandy beach of Almyrida.
The village boasts several tavernas and cafe bars , three supermarkets, and shops a few minutes walk from the villa.
The villa is built on three levels with the lounge containing a 3 seater sofa, and a 2 seater sofa, and a television with D.V.D. player, and a coffee table.
There is a dining area with a table and 6 chairs, and a fully fitted kitchen.
There are paio doors leading to an open air terrace with hard wood dining table and chairs, and views of mountains and sea, plus one shower room on the top floor.
The entrance level contains the master bedroom with a double bed wardrobe and dressing table,with two balconies and a shower room.
One balcony south facing with rattan cane chairs and table with sunshine all day and views to the White Mountains and olive grove.
The lower floor contains a studio type bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe,dressing table, sofa bed, and T.V. monitor with D.V.D player and ensuite shower room. |

The villa is in the village of Almyrida in Western Crete. It stands in a slightly elevated position above Almyrida Bay. It is just a 3 minute walk to the beach with water sport centre and small marina.
There is a beach cafe bar, and several tavernas on the edge of the bay by the sea. It is 35 minutes drive from Chania airport, and 30 minutes drive from the Vanetian city of Chania. Two hours drive from Herraklion along the main coastal national road. |

| Guestbook: Simons House is well maintained and equipped and is in a lovely position handy for the beach and tavernas. Plaka village just up the hill also has good tavernas. Fantastic views from the villa. |
