Tradidion villa with swimming pool overlooking Lefka Opoi mountain and is only 1600 m from the beaches of Almirida with excellent facilities for children.
Aspro village is in Chania 22 km by car at the area Apokoronas.It was the residence of the Turkish chief of the territory and it had been built before 1840.The renovation was made with great respect to the old architecture.In Kritiko Arhontiko can sleep 2-7 persons. In the main space of the villa there is the reception the living room in front of the fireplace and the dining room.We selected all the furniture very carefully as close as it can to the original furnishing of the house.In the completle kitchen (coffe ,dishmachine elect.over etc..)you can found also a bigtable for the breakfast....Main space is the toilet with cabin .Hot water exists continuou this we have a solar heater.One of the most impressive elements in Kritiko arhontiko are the bedrooms which are found in differnt levels from the other space.In the bedrooms you can find all the essentials for your service as wardrobes or hangers bedside tables etc..Thre are one king size bed one stone double bed one stone single wood beds and one single bed too.If you have a child please inform us in order to attend for children's bed and chairs in your disposal.The entire house is air-conditioned (cool-heat).If you rent Kritiko Arhontiko for winter holidays you can use fireplace for creating warm and romantic atmosphere.There are two bathrooms one inside and one outside the house It has a laundy machine a steam iron hairdrier.We have the woods too.If you wish to spend some time inside the house you can see TV(satellite channels)or see a movie on DVD music (radio-CD).In the big yard of the house you can enjoy the private swimming pool with the view to Lefka Oroi mountain in where you can enjoy unlimited time relaxation.Beside the yard there is parking for your car.As a sample of the traditional Cretan hospitality we offer as a goodbye gift, a bottle of Cretan drink called tsikoudia and a vase with Cratan honey.
In 5 min of the villa by car is Almyrida you can enjoy your swimming sandy beaches and eat in one of the fish or meat restaurants.Also uou can shop from the supermarkets and the tradition souvenirs.There are a lot of cafeterias bars clubs pizza..After 10 min you can meet village Gavalohori with the historical museum and the tradition taverns.In the village Vammos 15 (min)is the allocates Centre of Health.For dives and fishing is the good ideal place of village Red Village.For more distant ways directed east we meet in 20 min natural Lake of Lourna with beautiful view.In 35 min go to grafic city of Rethimno.
Go westwards to the city of Chania 20 min by car visit the old city and the Venetian port and admire unique beauty of the old lighthouse.Also you can visit Falaserna and Elafonisi 50-70 min
Finally for those who love nature and like to walk the visit to the Samaria Gorge will constiture an experience that they will never forget. |

You can come in island with airplane or by boat from Souda Chania port.The villa is very quiet with marvelous view of Lefka Opoi mountain. |
