Villa Deep Blue
Is 250 sqm (4 bedrooms) house with private pool and hydro massage area. The top level has sitting-dining room, big fully equipped kitchen and one bedroom. It is giving a lot of comfort and home atmosphere, sat LCD TV, DVD-recorder, music sound system. On the large covered veranda you may enjoy an amazing sea view. The first level contains two bedrooms 35 and 40 sq m each with their own entrances and verandas, bathrooms and small kitchens. One bedroom has double bed and a coach. The next one has 2 half-double beds. The guesthouse is 50 sqm air-conditioning studio with his own privacy and beautiful view to the pool and Kefalonia Island. It has large bedroom with big double bed, fully equipped kitchen, large bathroom.
Villa Crystal and Purple
Are two identical, newly built (2007) houses with this same standards as Deep Blue, their own private pools and outdoor areas. Each villa is 110 sqm with 3 bedrooms for 6/7 persons. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, sitting/dining room and full kitchen. The first floor contains master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with en-suite bathroom and large covered veranda with panoramic sea view.
