Welcome Pack: * Welcome pack available in the villa. You will be greeted with a welcome pack to include water, fruit juice, milk, tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, eggs, preserve, biscuits, ham, cheese, crackers and a bottle of wine. We understand after a journey, you do not wish to make your first trip a shopping one.
* Cleaning/towels/linen/maid service: To retain privacy, cleaning will be at changeover, however a mid stay clean and linen change is available on request for a small local charge.
* Preferred changeover days are Wednesday and Saturday although this is not fixed. Arrival time is after 14:00. Villa must be vacated by 12:00 on day of departure unless prearranged.
* Prices do not include travel insurance. This should be purchased separately.
* The Pool will not be in use out of season unless by prior arrangement (November to April inclusive)
